Tayra is a dashboard for clubs and coaches and a mobile app for players, provided by [PLACEHOLDER: innostudio d.o.o., address, company number, VAT ID].

You're responsible for your account and password. What you enter must be accurate, and you must have the right to share it.

The club is responsible for the members it invites and for parental consent for underage players.

The free plan has no time limit. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; prices are shown without VAT.

You can cancel any time in the billing portal. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period; there are no partial refunds.

We'll tell you about price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Don't use Tayra for anything unlawful, for harassment or to share content you don't have rights to, and don't try to disrupt it or get around its limits.

We work to keep Tayra running without interruption but can't guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damage.

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in advance. Slovenian law applies; the courts of Ljubljana have jurisdiction.
